The IDF is now claiming it killed an Al Jazeera photojournalist because he was secretly a Hamas sniper, and that his brother, also presented as an Al Jazeera journalist, was a Hamas weapons operative.

While the IDF has made similar accusations before, it has so far only released names and photos, with no clear public evidence linking the men to the Hamas ops. 

Claims like these are pretty common these days (and often lack independent verification), so take them with a grain of salt.
