German Investigators Discover Third Drone With Military Explosives Near Munich Airport

German investigators found a third drone carrying explosives near Munich airport, media reported Wednesday. The drone, discovered August 14, contained about 50 grams of hexogen military explosive. It was located west of the airport, 10 days after an explosives-laden drone was found near a Ukrainian Antonov cargo plane used for military supplies.

Authorities suspect Russian-linked sabotage targeting arms shipments to Ukraine. Security has been tightened at airports handling defense logistics across Germany and Poland.
