Violence Erupts in South Yemen as Protesters Storm Government Building

                      Several people were killed in southern Yemen when a crowd linked to the Southern Transitional Council (STC) stormed a government building, according to local reports. The incident occurred as tensions between the STC and the internationally recognized government continue to escalate. Details of the incident are still emerging, but witnesses say the situation is chaotic. The STC has been pushing for independence in southern Yemen.
