Israel says Iran confrontation “could escalate within days” amid stalled U.S.-Iran talks in Doha.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz just announced a military confrontation between Israel and Iran may occur "within 2 days," stating that the IDF is ready to strike targets in Iran as a response to missiles potentially targeting Israel as retaliation for action in Lebanon. 


The news came moments after a senior advisor to Iran's negotiation team said that Iran will not be attending a mediated talk with the U.S. in Doha tomorrow.
