Kenyan Woman Arrested After St@bbing All Her 5 Children Following Her Husband's Marriage to a Second Wife


Police in Uganda have arrested a 43-year-old Kenyan woman for allegedly stabbing her five children, killing two, after a dispute over her husband's second marriage.


The suspect, identified as Dorothy Namayo, was arrested at her home in Kalungu-Bunga, Ggaba, in Makindye Division, Kampala.


According to preliminary police reports, Namayo allegedly attacked her children following a heated argument with her Malian husband, Ederisa Troy, whom she accused of taking a second wife in May. 74ec


One child, 14-year-old Khadija Daizy, died at the scene from stab wounds, while another child later died. Three other children aged 13, eight and five survived and are receiving treatment for serious injuries. 74ec


Neighbors and the family's househelp told police that tension had been building in the home since the revelation of the second marriage. eb40


Namayo is currently in police custody as investigations continue.
