Trump Says U.S. Will End $4 Billion Annual Aid to Israel by Year's End After Deal With Netanyahu

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday that the United States will end its annual $4 billion aid to Israel by the end of 2026.


Speaking on Fox News' " Fox & Friends" as midterm voting began, Trump said he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reached the agreement months ago.


" Bibi Netanyahu and I have made a deal that we give Israel $4 billion a year, and we made a deal months ago that we're stopping," Trump said. "We've already agreed that by the end of this year we won't be paying Israel. Now we'll help Israel if they need it."  


The current $3.8 billion military aid memorandum is set to expire in 2028.
